The Rep JP was amazingly knowledgeable and provided me options for my family as if it were for his own family's protection.
ADT was awesome . Michael Landingham On the other hand I would rate a 1 star .
ADT's service person was knowledgeable and efficient. Large order, he had to come back to finish. Checked in with me, long distance, when finished. Service center is great about checking in when a question arises. I don't go for a lot of bells and whistles, easy to understand and operate.
We feel he did a great job. Very knowledgeable. He said we would receive visa gift card.
