Technician was very helpful, answered all questions and was very patient.
Things changed from what I was told on the phone. He told me stories of break ins in neighboring areas to try to get me to spend more money. After he left, other people who said they were with ADT kept coming by and leaving business cards in the door. And I still haven't received the $100 gift card I was told I would get to offset the initial set up fee.
ADT’s customer service and technicians are excellent. I would recommend their service for friends and family.
We have inconsistent issues and our ring camera doesnt work with our doorbell.No back door camera.
