Vivint's customer service is exceptional and I have been recommending them to all of my friends and family
The service is fine and they do their job. However the door lock will not lock from the app or the keypad, only manually from the inside. When I asked customer service for help they basically gave me instructions to take the whole thing apart and re-install it. I am not a tech and I pay for a service that works...
Vivint has been a substandard service thus far. We will not continue with Vivint, just need to figure out our options. Thank you. Roberta Ray
