Vivint's customer service is great and their willingness to help me at anytime by going above and beyond is what has made this service impeccable. I would definitely recommend Vivint!
Good customer service. My only dissatisfier was that the technician put the control box in the middle of a main wall. Not attractive. It should have been put in a more non central location. I’ve had to cover the box with a picture.
