Vivint's customer service was impeccable and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends
User friendly
They are absolutely horrible...equipment failures, hidden fees. Customer service is the least of their worries.
The service is fine and they do their job. However the door lock will not lock from the app or the keypad, only manually from the inside. When I asked customer service for help they basically gave me instructions to take the whole thing apart and re-install it. I am not a tech and I pay for a service that works...
So far, I am impressed and enjoy the service.
