Router is probably the cheapest on the market. Internet drops out often during the day. Runs extremely slow. Have to restart router about 5 times a day. Thinking of going with someone else for service.
Currently my service is not working. It took me over 20 minutes to get a rep on the phone only to need to be transferred for another 25 minutes. Hopefully hand service call will be better.
Poor installation and internet that did not work in areas of our house. When we tried to terminate service after just one week, customer service communicated that they could not terminate until the first billing cycle concluded. Terrible experience and not good business practice for a company to refuse to terminate services when a customer requests it due to poor service!
Bill is above what i was qouted and in fact double. Also every time the wind blows or it rains it goes out (no reimbursement & poor customer service). I wasn't given a channel list & i have never used this service before. Tried to cancel immediately but was told im obligated for a year or it would go on my credit report although they never told me this in the beginning.
