The service is great. But, the wait for installs and repairs can be lengthy. We grabbed the repairman's contact info. He was able to push an appointment up. We have been at the new place for almost a month and they still have not come out to bury the new lines that they installed, even after follow up phone calls. Bottom line: The service itself is great for the cable and internet. But, long wait for appointments.
Frontier Communications has a weak connection when trying to connect from home. Keeps buffering the channels. Ethernet cords supplied are tiny.
