Frontier tech's were very professional and thorough.
Frontier service is horrible. We had Cox service before we moved. It was light years ahead of Frontier insomuch as the product they delivered to the customer service. Frontier needs to desperately upgrade their DVR service. The remote does not allow voice commands. The guide is a complete confusing mess. And user interface on the TV is from 1995. When I had an installation issue, I called customer service and got a phone tree that took me in circles. And I would end up at the same prompts as when I started. When I finally got a live person (by lying to the phone tree that I wanted to buy new services), I was transferred 4 times, disconnected (probably accidentally) twice. It was the most infuriating 2 hours of my life. Whoever runs this company should be fired and replaced with someone competent
I have Fiber with 500 mbps up and down, and it works as expected. I have a 2000 sq foot single level house and you can get between 250-350 mbps on the other end of the house without mesh. No connectivity issues so far and it’s been around 2 months. Would recommend.
