WHEN A REPAIRMAN NEEDED TO COME OUT, THE TIME GIVEN WAS NOT 10-12 OR 3-5, OR SOMETHING JUST AS REASONABLE, BUT 8 AM TO 5 PM AND THEN IT WAS 6:30 OR LATER WHEN HE FINALLY SHOWED. A SECOND CALL WAS NEEDED WHEN THE CONTROL BOX WAS OUT OF SERVICE, CALLED YOU ON FRIDAY AND WAITED UNTIL SUNDAY PM BEFORE ANYONE ARRIVED.
I lose internet connectivity 2-3 times a day, every day. As I am working from home, this is very inconvenient. Can you please tell me what you can do to help me avoid this issue in the future? Regards, Derek Sharp
