When appointment was made to install service it was never actually made. They said they were supposed to show up to install but no one ever came. Upon calling they said that an appointment was never made even though we got an email confirmation. They made an new appointment over a week after original appointment was made. Apologized but didn’t seem to care much about their mistake. Then about 3 days later after install our internet wasn’t working for two days until we called and the issue was resolved. We had to buy a google WiFi system and now get great coverage throughout whole house.
It has been two weeks since I have had service. Service guys said he would be back the next day to bury the wire that leads out into the street and 1.5 houses. Called three times. Promised it would be done by today. Still not done. Not starting out on the right foot
The WiFi has an extremely weak signal in my home even in rooms directly surrounding the router. The cable is too expensive for the package to not include premium channels. The interface seems behind the times of other cable services as well, particularly for searching On Demand content.
The service is impeccable 👌
