Too many conflicting deals and too many dealers. ADT doesn't want to take responsibility for anything. So how am I to trust this company?
ADT's service person was knowledgeable and efficient. Large order, he had to come back to finish. Checked in with me, long distance, when finished. Service center is great about checking in when a question arises. I don't go for a lot of bells and whistles, easy to understand and operate.
Things changed from what I was told on the phone. He told me stories of break ins in neighboring areas to try to get me to spend more money. After he left, other people who said they were with ADT kept coming by and leaving business cards in the door. And I still haven't received the $100 gift card I was told I would get to offset the initial set up fee.
