The field tech did a very great job training a new hire in addition to covering every step with me. New hire will do very well on his own. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend ADT to family and friends.
The features are great but I am spending much more than I anticipated spending. mainly the equipment I bought.
The only thing I did not like was they had the volume up all the way and my dog freaked out. Also I had to figure it out myself. No booklet and I had to call the support became they had the exit set at 60 seconds which is too long so they put it to 45 seconds. The installers should check with the customer to see what they prefer instead of just assuming.
We have inconsistent issues and our ring camera doesnt work with our doorbell.No back door camera.
