Took hours of calls to clear up my first bill that was over $1, 000. One customer reps said I should just pay it and I would get a credit later. Really? They need to get their act together. Sadly they are the only provider in my area. I would change in a heartbeat if I could.
I had a problem initially and they were quick to fix it.
Customer service was awesome, on time, professional, and would recommend for service.
