Beny was awesome to work with and provided great service! He even stayed late on a Friday of a holiday weekend to finish the work.
Our technician was great. Explained everything and did extra installations very professionally and cheerfully.

I have never received such poor service from a company. They installed near 3 weeks ago and have yet to install the 5 cameras they were supposed to (2 of which I paid for). I was sold on the initial package and then ended up paying $1,000 more for "upgrades" that never even came. Now when I try to cancel, I get hung up on because I won't settle for the "you have to pay the rest of your 36-month contract out as a early cancellation fee" bull crap.
