I have never received such poor service from a company. They installed near 3 weeks ago and have yet to install the 5 cameras they were supposed to (2 of which I paid for). I was sold on the initial package and then ended up paying $1,000 more for "upgrades" that never even came. Now when I try to cancel, I get hung up on because I won't settle for the "you have to pay the rest of your 36-month contract out as a early cancellation fee" bull crap.
Jacob, the tech that came out to hook everything up was fantastic. Unfortunately, because of our bad cell service, it took him a month and multiple Trips to the house to get things in a semi working order. It doesn’t function properly 100% of the time, even now. The equipment doesn’t have the capabilities that other services have, and is seems very clunky and outdated even though we’ve been assured it’s new technology. We had to file a claim with ADT/Smart Streets for some damages and not one person from the claims department has ever reached out to us via phone even though we’ve asked multiple times. The initial rep, Chanti, who was assigned to us doesn’t even have a contact number. The Tech is the only positive side to working with this company. He is very professional and never gave up on us. He’s tried everything possible to get the system functioning properly and has maintained constant contact with us.
