Things changed from what I was told on the phone. He told me stories of break ins in neighboring areas to try to get me to spend more money. After he left, other people who said they were with ADT kept coming by and leaving business cards in the door. And I still haven't received the $100 gift card I was told I would get to offset the initial set up fee.
The person installing the service went above and beyond to make sure everything was good to go and I understood everything before leaving. I would definitely recommend them!
The tech who came out to install it was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use the system properly before I left. He was great to deal with, and the whole experience was very positive!
