There service leaves a lot to be desired. The internet tends to be spotty and not running at highest capacity. The menu looks like it's broadcasting at 720p at all times even when I have engage customer service on it. The on-demand features hardly work.
Charter service is reliable and customer service/technician service is quick and comprehensive.
