Self-install.
I had service installed at my home. Charter looked to see if they serviced the area and replied that they did service my area. It was discovered it was not in their service area when the tech came to our place. Two days later I have a temporary install, with exposed lines and mediocre coverage for the internet. This may not last much longer!!
I am not getting even 100 Mbps where as my connection speed is 200 Mbps. Their support team could not help
