Set up internet and free first month of streaming spectrum. When rep arrived did not have 2nd part, lead to confusion and I just ended up saying no to the try out month for spectrum TV. Emailed rep several times and did not hear back to help resolve.
Sometimes when I turn on the TV and STB at the same time using the remote, the TV says no input or no connection - something like that. I have to turn off both devices, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn them both back on. Sometimes this has to be repeated before I get a picture on the TV.
I had service installed at my home. Charter looked to see if they serviced the area and replied that they did service my area. It was discovered it was not in their service area when the tech came to our place. Two days later I have a temporary install, with exposed lines and mediocre coverage for the internet. This may not last much longer!!
