All of the information I was provide and sold on in my decision to go with DirectTV was false. I have spent hours on the phone with DirectTV learning more about the "offering" I was sold and every call the news gets worse and worse. One of the biggest mistakes I've made was utilizing My Utilities and DirectTV.
Randy was very informed & helpful.
Don't care for them but they are the only game available in my area.
