The customer service people are horrible . They put you on hold for more than 15 minutes then give you runarounds for everything . I got transferred multiple times and no one was able to help me . When I asked for the manager they told me he was busy and when I asked for his name , they told me that they didn’t know his name . I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone
Took 4 days to get my service established. Lots of red tape and no empowerment to resolve issues in the customer service department. Spent nearly 12 hours on hold. Actual tv service is okay.
It was raining when the service man hooked up the wiring outside. he came back the next day to retrieve his drill, the next day i went outside the facing on my mobile home was torn away and bent. I'm not too happy about this. other than that i find the controller clumsy. service was good and fast. i'm happy with the channel selections.
Direct tv sucks!
