SO far so good
I have never received such poor service from a company. They installed near 3 weeks ago and have yet to install the 5 cameras they were supposed to (2 of which I paid for). I was sold on the initial package and then ended up paying $1,000 more for "upgrades" that never even came. Now when I try to cancel, I get hung up on because I won't settle for the "you have to pay the rest of your 36-month contract out as a early cancellation fee" bull crap.
The tech who came out to install it was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to use the system properly before I left. He was great to deal with, and the whole experience was very positive!
We have inconsistent issues and our ring camera doesnt work with our doorbell.No back door camera.
