I have had great experience with Spectrum so far! I would recommend them to friends or family looking for wifi service.
Moderate customer service with frequent outages.
Spectrum service is horrible and they don't honor prices adv at time order was processed. The internet does not connect I receive late fees because they cant fit my apt number with my whole address and all movie channels blackout for about 5 seconds multiple times throughout the showing very annoying to pay for a service that blacks out constantly
