Their service was great for installation and we haven't had any problems with the internet. However, they are aggressive with marketing and continue to call and send mail about promotions and upgrades, despite being asked to be taken off call lists etc.
It’s expensive
I have had no problem with Spectrum as a whole but our internet it extremely slow despite upgrading our plan. Kind of a bummer considering the price
