I was told my modem and router didn’t meet specifications and was made to rent their equipment. Since installation, I’ve had consistent slowdowns in streaming playback. Using speed test applications, I’ve seen only 80Mbps numerous times when my plan calls for 200. It is frustrating.
Had complications setting up but they were out the next day and removed the fees I was charged by accident no questions asked!
