Set up internet and free first month of streaming spectrum. When rep arrived did not have 2nd part, lead to confusion and I just ended up saying no to the try out month for spectrum TV. Emailed rep several times and did not hear back to help resolve.
At least once a week I have to reboot my router but yet have had a time where that didn't work. Speed is great. I only watch apps with internet and very pleased.
