Shane our installer was very helpful explaining Vivant and went out of his way to make sure all went well. Great employee!!
We love the technology that Vivant uses, and love that when we buy their equipment we own it. Most companies just let you rent their equipment.
I appreciate Vivint services so far but Customer needs to be vigilant as well. Their Finance and Customer service was really Customer focused and quick responsive.
