Set up internet and free first month of streaming spectrum. When rep arrived did not have 2nd part, lead to confusion and I just ended up saying no to the try out month for spectrum TV. Emailed rep several times and did not hear back to help resolve.
There service leaves a lot to be desired. The internet tends to be spotty and not running at highest capacity. The menu looks like it's broadcasting at 720p at all times even when I have engage customer service on it. The on-demand features hardly work.
