After four messed up and missed appointments (on Frontiers part) in February, we had to reschedule for April when we returned to Dallas. This time everything went like clockwork. The service man called ahead, was on time, explained everything, and had the system working within the hour.
Frontier Communication’s service was average at best! The first guy who came to install it couldn’t. The second guy was able to install it but left a cord outside in our driveway. Also, they installed the box as far away from the main living area as they could - back in a guest bedroom - since that was easiest for them. Not impressed!
My WiFi connection goes out every 3 days and I have to wait atleast a week everytime before a technician is able to come fix it. Very aggravating when I still have to pay full price for my service.
New to Texas; 5 weeks with Frontier and it works as advertised, A great shout-out to the technician that installed my service: on-time, professional, considerate and a right decent fellow.
