WHEN A REPAIRMAN NEEDED TO COME OUT, THE TIME GIVEN WAS NOT 10-12 OR 3-5, OR SOMETHING JUST AS REASONABLE, BUT 8 AM TO 5 PM AND THEN IT WAS 6:30 OR LATER WHEN HE FINALLY SHOWED. A SECOND CALL WAS NEEDED WHEN THE CONTROL BOX WAS OUT OF SERVICE, CALLED YOU ON FRIDAY AND WAITED UNTIL SUNDAY PM BEFORE ANYONE ARRIVED.
The agent told me that I could split my install cost into 3 monthly payments. Two days after the install I get a bill for $150.00. So I called customer service and the agent told me her manager could fix the issue. After a hout and 15 minutes the manager never took my call. I'm glad I'm not under contract and starting to see a rocky relationship here.
Frontier Communication has been providing a very good service. I would definitely recommend it to everyone
