Equipment seems to get errors quite a bit. Can only use there internet to watch certain shows ok my mobile. Not really happy with the service.
T-Mobile is changing the game with data service, and is soon to be the sensible alternative to streaming media content. Time warner is too expensive for what you actually get.
They were ok. Nothing they could do but apologize. For not being able to remedy the issues.
