So far I have no issues
I love the internet we have. I don’t have any problems with the services rendered. I do, however, have an issue with getting called constantly about services that I don’t want/need. If I wanted the service I would call you.
Sometimes when I turn on the TV and STB at the same time using the remote, the TV says no input or no connection - something like that. I have to turn off both devices, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn them both back on. Sometimes this has to be repeated before I get a picture on the TV.
Service has been fine. No difficulties have been encountered to date.
