Sometimes when I turn on the TV and STB at the same time using the remote, the TV says no input or no connection - something like that. I have to turn off both devices, wait about 30 seconds, and then turn them both back on. Sometimes this has to be repeated before I get a picture on the TV.
Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend to family and friends!
the service is great, but the fact that i can only record 2 shows at a time is a pain.
