It took 5 phone calls to get local channels. Guide displays all channels, not just those to which you subscribe. The channel order is unwieldy and not at all user friendly. I miss my local cable—more expensive but worth it.
Installer wasted three whole days of mine and didn't finally get here to complete install until 7:15 pm. He did not provide a channel guide. I'm lost. There is NO voice remote like I was "sold". I did not get the football package I insisted upon when I ordered. I cannot find favorite channels like "Science Channel", "PBS", and others. I really don't know what I've gotten myself into; but I promise I'll keep shopping around until I find it. Bob Raney
Took 4 days to get my service established. Lots of red tape and no empowerment to resolve issues in the customer service department. Spent nearly 12 hours on hold. Actual tv service is okay.
