The customer service is awesome, always helpful & answer my concerns. I would definitely recommend to others.
Estimated costs used to choose my plan were off a bit. Also my billing was set to paperless straight off and my email address was added incorrectly by the person that set it up. So my first interaction was a late notice. NOT good. First payments should have been mailed to ensure I had all the right account information.
