Having used Green Mountain before, when I saw I could use them at the new apartment complex I immediately signed up. Their customer service people helped solve an issue before so I knew they would take care of me again.
Always work diligently with me when I call or have a question. Prices are good and love that I can do everything from my phone. And how they send me weekly energy usage.
I wish I could have given this no stars. The CS is horrible, when you try to speak with anyone about your bill they have no idea what they are talking about not can they help you. I will be switching ASAP.
