Having security issues with someone changing the password on the modems.
Enrolled me in automatic bill pay cause I'm a new customer without my permission. Upgraded me to wireless boxes for free yet charged me for them and for installation fee. I agree to one thing, yet they choose to sign you up for things with hopes that you don't check your account and see you are being stolen from.
Instillation went well on the 29th of Dec. The come home from work on the 9th of Jan. and have nothing. Call them and tell them I have no internet, tv or wifi on iPhone. I see two trucks at apt complex, I let her know that, she tell me that they can't get anybody out until next Monday. Five days is terrible customer service. Worker fixes problem, tells me my line was disconnected. How does that happen?. Then just received first bill, and was double billed . Not off to a good start for AT&T as I have been a long ,long time customer.
