The customer service is second to none when it comes to making their customers feel worthless. The tech did not follow directions and put holes in the side of my house that they refuse to repair properly. The second bill has already gone up ~10%. If anybody else offered internet, I’d consider it.
I’ve been pretty pleased so far with AT&T. The speed is great and the reliability is great.
