Equipment seems to get errors quite a bit. Can only use there internet to watch certain shows ok my mobile. Not really happy with the service.

I was caught in a storm trying to get home for the man to do the in home installation. He could've left but he waited for me to arrive and was so nice and friendly to my kids and I during the entire install. Great interaction!
T-Mobile is changing the game with data service, and is soon to be the sensible alternative to streaming media content. Time warner is too expensive for what you actually get.
