The service is fine and they do their job. However the door lock will not lock from the app or the keypad, only manually from the inside. When I asked customer service for help they basically gave me instructions to take the whole thing apart and re-install it. I am not a tech and I pay for a service that works...
Vivint's installation and customer service was Great! I would recommend them to anyone!
