Extremely inept system, have made successful automatic payments, then without warning, it no longer processes. Obviously this can cause over due bills when you trust the integrity of their setup, very disappointed.
I have had a decent experience with Cox Communications customer service, but the prices are too high and they often times raise the price without your knowledge.
