I am so disappointed that after only one month on AT&T U-verse service, they have canceled the channels that I watch most, CBS & KXTA that carries Jeapordy ! You can rest assured after my one year contract is up I am switching back to Spectrum.
Very disappointed. I have made several telephone calls to AT&T regarding the service and I have yet to receive any resolution. My cable and internet service continue to work intermittently thus I am unable to rely on recordings, watching paid programming, or utilizing other online television services. I am tired of being told to restart the system, disconnect wires from the electrical source, hold reset buttons, the system needs to be updated, etc...
The router isn’t set up in the best location in the house making signal for WiFi weaker and much slower in the living room which isn’t even far away from the router. I have had to restart the router a couple of times because I couldn’t connect my speaker to my WiFi. And I can barely watch tv in the living room due to the WiFi connection going out.
