Poor installation and internet that did not work in areas of our house. When we tried to terminate service after just one week, customer service communicated that they could not terminate until the first billing cycle concluded. Terrible experience and not good business practice for a company to refuse to terminate services when a customer requests it due to poor service!
Frontier communications is very responsible and reasonable
Our installation tech was fantastic!!! He helped me set the app up on my phone and showed me how to navigate everything. He was professional, kind, personable and polite. He made me a happy customer, and I hadn't even tried out the internet yet! I remain very impressed.
