Tech was lazy. Had trouble connecting to WiFi. intermittently still gets disconnected. But the product performs its duties
Love that we can control the settings from our phones!
I've tried to get the garage opener fixed a few times and it still doesn't work properly. Often it doesn't close the garage at all providing an error that it can't connect or takes multiple times to get it to close. Don't waste money on it or the key fobs. I have yet to even take the key fobs out of the house.
Like the fact that I can see whose in font of my front door while I’m away.
We love the technology that Vivant uses, and love that when we buy their equipment we own it. Most companies just let you rent their equipment.
