The basic package does not allow me to even watch the major news stations, which the sales representative promised me I would be able to see. I am wishing I could cancel the service.
My TV is constantly pausing - like the signal has been interrupted - and then it starts again after a few seconds. Extremely annoying. I have disconnected everything and restarted it. Scanned to get on a new channel so it won’t be disrupted. My internet is slower than any other service I have ever used. I am extremely displeased I chose AT&T bc of their fiber cable high speed internet and TV. It’s the worst.
The service is really good, BUT the price is not competitive. To me , the service is priced as any monopoly would price their product or service. That's my only concern or complaint. In my opinion INTERNET is KING, programming, and then a far far distant third is telephone. With that being said, streaming bypasses programming. Efficiency wise, streaming is as needed programming. IE "Competitive"
Everything was very professionally done and everything ran so smooth I really appreciate it because I had a bunch on my plate and you all help me out
