I wouldn't give them any star if that was an option. The technician was here for more than 3 hours and said the only place the modem could go was our front room of the house. Service did not reach our back bedroom and would time out Netflix in our living room (2 rooms away). My husband went in the attic to see if he could reroute it to a better place (which he was able to) and he found tons and tons of cut up cable all over our attic. Even when he opened the attic door there were cables everywhere at the opening. Very disappointed!!!
Service has been fine. No difficulties have been encountered to date.
They installed me on time, prices are lower than when I was with frontier and so far have only had one outage but other than that everything has been good
