Good service. Never an issue. Just do not understand the "Onocore Delivery" charge that's equal to my usage charge. Doesnt make sense.
Direct energy is too high! I’m barely home and always shut off all applicances when I’m not there but somehow my bill is always between is $80-$100 which is ridiculous! So I will be canceling!
I think my bill is to high. I was with another company and my bill was not this high.
Easy to use app and website to pay the bill.
