ADT 's customer care was great. I would highly recommend
Things changed from what I was told on the phone. He told me stories of break ins in neighboring areas to try to get me to spend more money. After he left, other people who said they were with ADT kept coming by and leaving business cards in the door. And I still haven't received the $100 gift card I was told I would get to offset the initial set up fee.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable technicians!
