Time Warner has a non-compete with other large cable internet providers in order to not have to worry too much about customer review, keeping prices low, nor providing great service. The only reason the speeds jumped up recently was due to Google coming to town and providing the only decent competition to date. Meh out of 5.
Super fast internet and impeccable customer service!
I was caught in a storm trying to get home for the man to do the in home installation. He could've left but he waited for me to arrive and was so nice and friendly to my kids and I during the entire install. Great interaction!
