Customer service was horrendous, tried to charge me cancellation fee although I was within the 30 days to cancel the service. The channels are awful, why do I need 100 channels I dont watch. 30 of them sales.
No NFL Network and I hate that you have so many non HD channels. They don't follow through with their work orders so they can finish jobs.
